After
earning his bachelor and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University
of Idaho, Don served as a deputy prosecutor and civil practitioner
for four years, then joined the contracts and administrative law
division of the Idaho Attorney General’s office.
For six years, he served as sole counsel for the Superintendent of
Public Instruction and Idaho Department of Education, engaging in
complex contract and transaction negotiation, civil litigation,
prosecution and adjudication of administrative law matters,
training, and general advisory capacities as assigned. He then
entered private practice, focusing on civil litigation and defense
for three years before joining Lopez & Kelly, PLLC.
Don’s practice will emphasize civil litigation, insurance defense,
contracts and real estate disputes.
