Lou
grew up in New Jersey and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Philosophy Pre- Law from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New
York in 1989. He received his J.D. degree from the University of
Wyoming College of Law in 1992.
Since
graduating from law school, Lou has been extensively involved in
public service. He has worked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in
Cheyenne, Wyoming, the Attorney General's Office in Cheyenne, Wyoming,
and the County Attorney's Office in Rawlins, Wyoming. He has also
practiced law with firms in both Wyoming and Idaho, where he has
obtained significant experience in civil
litigation and insurance law matters. He is admitted to practice
in Wyoming, North Dakota, Idaho, and the Tenth Circuit Court of
Appeals.
When not working, Lou enjoys spending time with his wife and two
children.
